Preparatory Class for Competitive Examinations (TNTET/TRB/CTET)

Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Education (Autonomous) formally inaugurated the Preparatory Class for Competitive Examinations (TNTET/TRB/CTET) at computer laboratory on 13.02.2025. Dr. V. Srinivasan, Principal of SRMV College of Education, delivered the inaugural address, emphasizing the importance of competitive examinations in securing government sector employment. Mr. N. Rajesh Kumar, Assistant Professor and Coordinator of TET Coaching, offered comprehensive guidance on effective exam preparation, elaborating on key TNTET topics such as Child Psychology, English, and General Studies.

Dr. R. Ayyappan, Assistant Professor of Physical Science, outlined the career prospects and employment opportunities for those qualifying in TNTET and CTET. Dr. S. Swaminathan, Librarian and Placement Officer, provided detailed insights into the teaching vacancies available in government-aided schools for TNTET-qualified candidates and in central board schools for CTET-qualified candidates. The session proved to be highly informative, equipping student teachers with essential knowledge to enhance their examination preparedness and support their career advancement.
