Basic Trauma & Emergency Life Support Training

Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Education (Autonomous), Coimbatore, organised a Basic Trauma & Emergency Life Support Training Programme for all first-year B.Ed. student-teachers on 23 September 2026 at the Government Coimbatore Medical College Hospital, Coimbatore.

The training was conducted by the Dean, Coimbatore Medical College & Hospital, along with experienced medical professionals. The programme provided the student-teachers with essential knowledge and practical skills in basic emergency care, trauma management and life-support procedures.

Hands-on training sessions enabled the participants to gain practical exposure to responding effectively during emergency situations. All first-year B.Ed. student-teachers actively participated in the training programme.

At the conclusion of the programme, certificates were presented to the participants by the Dean in recognition of their successful participation in the training.
