Students<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"programme-info\">\r\n      <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        The Student Induction Programme was organised to provide newly admitted\r\n        B.Ed. students with a smooth, meaningful and engaging beginning to their\r\n        professional teacher education journey.\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <!-- Introduction -->\r\n  <div class=\"section\">\r\n\r\n    <h3 class=\"section-title\">Introduction<\/h3>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      <span class=\"highlight\">DEEKSHARAMBH \u2013 Student Induction Programme<\/span>\r\n      was conducted for students admitted to the B.Ed. Programme during the\r\n      Academic Year <strong>2026\u20132027<\/strong>. In accordance with the guidelines\r\n      of the <strong>University Grants Commission (UGC)<\/strong>, the programme\r\n      was organised for ten days from <strong>27.08.2026 to 12.09.2026<\/strong>.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <!-- Purpose -->\r\n  <div class=\"section\">\r\n\r\n    <h3 class=\"section-title\">Purpose of the Programme<\/h3>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      The transition from university or college life to professional education\r\n      as prospective teachers is an important phase in a student's life.\r\n      Students entering teacher education come from diverse backgrounds and\r\n      encounter a new academic and institutional environment.\r\n      <strong>DEEKSHARAMBH<\/strong> was designed to facilitate their smooth\r\n      transition and provide a welcoming beginning to their B.Ed. journey.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      The programme introduced students to institutional policies, academic\r\n      processes, practices, culture, values and expectations. They were\r\n      familiarised with the B.Ed. curriculum, academic resources, facilities\r\n      and student-support services. Mentor groups were also formed to provide\r\n      continuous academic and personal guidance.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <!-- Activities -->\r\n  <div class=\"section\">\r\n\r\n    <h3 class=\"section-title\">Programme Activities<\/h3>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      Various activities were organised to promote interaction and bonding\r\n      among students and faculty, teamwork, communication, creativity and\r\n      collaborative learning. Students were also sensitised to\r\n      <strong>human values, professional ethics, social responsibility,\r\n      constitutional values<\/strong> and issues of social relevance.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      The programme encouraged students to understand the responsibilities\r\n      of teachers and develop a positive attitude towards professional\r\n      learning and lifelong development.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <!-- Outcome -->\r\n  <div class=\"section\">\r\n\r\n    <h3 class=\"section-title\">Outcome<\/h3>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"closing\">\r\n      Overall, <strong>DEEKSHARAMBH 2026\u20132027<\/strong> provided a meaningful\r\n      platform for orienting newly admitted B.Ed. students to the academic\r\n      and professional culture of teacher education. The programme contributed\r\n      to their <strong>academic preparedness, social integration, professional\r\n      orientation and holistic development<\/strong>, laying a strong foundation\r\n
