Library and Information Literacy: In order to understand the scope of the library, Diploma in Library and Information Science was offered to the students which helps to enhance the information science literacy of the users. As per new NCTE regulation, a new paper entitled ”Utilizing Library and Digital Learning Resource” has been introduced as one of the core papers in the B.Ed curriculum from 2015-2016. Information Literacy Programme on e-books and e-journals have been organized on need basis. Information Literacy Programmes on Bibliographical Styles and Standards with special reference to APA Standard, Educating about Impact Factors, Impact Factor Journals in the Domain of Teacher Education , h index etc has been organized for the benefits of P.G levels students and Research Scholars.
